Terms & Conditions

1. This incentive is open to all CrowdStrike partners who can transact through Ignition Technology.
2. Definitions:
a. Net New Logo
- A Net New Logo is defined as a brand-new End User customer to CrowdStrike, with no prior purchase history of CrowdStrike products or services. The opportunity must be verified by CrowdStrike as a new customer to qualify.
b. Risk Assessment
- A Risk Assessment is considered valid when it is completed either by:
•    A CrowdStrike representative, or
•    An Ignition Certified Engineer
This assessment must be documented and shared with the relevant stakeholders.
c. Close Won
- An opportunity is deemed Close Won when a valid Purchase Order (PO) from the Reseller is placed onto Ignition's systems and accepted. Only completed transactions with a PO will be eligible.
d. NPACV (New Product Annual Contract Value)
- NPACV is the annualised value of a Close Won opportunity that meets any of the following conditions:
•    A Net New Logo deal
•    An increased seat count within an existing End User
•    A module expansion within an existing End User
- Only the incremental annual value will be counted toward NPACV in the case of expansions or upsells.
e. DR (Deal Registration)
- A "Deal Registration" is customer meeting booked with a CrowdStrike representative in attendance.  It must be a legitimate deal that has not previously been registered with CrowdStrike.

3. Deals must be channel-sourced and deal registered between 1st July and 9th October 2025.
4. All ELP risk assessments must have happened between 1st July and 9th October 2025.
5. A "Deal Registration" is a customer meeting booked with a CrowdStrike Sales Representative. It must be a legitimate deal registration that has not previously been registered. 
6. Any tax related costs must be borne by the account executive / partner company that receives the tickets.
7. Travel costs will be covered up to EUR100 and must be invoiced to Ignition Technology by 30 November 2025.
8. Accommodation will be supplied by Ignition Technology in a designated hotel from 4-6 November 2025 only. Ignition will not cover costs of accommodation if the winner wishes to stay in another hotel, unless agreed to in writing.
9. Falcon Europe tickets are valued at EUR895 and include all event activities, programming, the Hub, meals, and networking receptions from 4-6 November 2025.
10. Ignition Technology will advise winners in writing after 9th October 2025.
11. Ignition Technology reserves the right to update these terms & conditions as required.
